How to Obtain Tickets
Chelsea Football Club can confirm there will be changes to our disabled ticketing policy for the 2018/19 season.
We recently announced upgrades to the provision and quality of wheelchair spaces available to disabled supporters at Stamford Bridge for the 2018/19 season, having worked closely with the Equality and Human Rights Commission and Chelsea Disabled Supporters Association.
The upgrades will enable us to offer up to 219 wheelchair spaces around the stadium, allowing greater choice in the location of seating and more accessible toilet facilities.
Having consulted with supporters in recent weeks, we have decided to discontinue the existing rota scheme from the beginning of the 2018/19 season, with more tickets now available to a greater number of disabled supporters. Members who currently receive tickets via the rota scheme will be able to switch to match-by-match membership, which also has the added benefit of accruing loyalty points for away games.
Away ticket sales will be split 60 per cent for season ticket holders and 40 per cent for members.
From the beginning of next season, disabled supporters will also be able to join a new scheme to receive tickets for all 19 Premier League away games and all European away games.

PROOF OF DISABILITY
Chelsea FC reserves the right to request 'proof of a disability' before issuing a season Team Card or membership for disabled supporters for the coming season. For the 2017/2018 season, all applicants (including disabled season ticket holders and members renewing) must include proof of disability valid within the last year from the date of application with their completed application form.
To qualify for disabled supporter’s membership Chelsea FC reserves the right to request proof of disability. All applicants must include proof of disability with their application.
Such proof shall include one of the following:
- Receipt of the middle or higher rate of the Disability Living Allowance (mobility or care component);
- Receipt of the standard or enhanced rate of daily living component of the Personal Independence Payment;
- Receipt of the enhanced rate of the mobility component of the Personal Independence Payment;
- Receipt of either the Severe Disablement Allowance, the Employment and Support Allowance or the Attendance Allowance;
- A specialist personal letter from the hospital to confirm that the person is in receipt of support services.
NB - receipt of an Orange/Blue badge will not be considered sufficient proof of disability for a disabled ticket under the Ticketing Policies and Club Schemes for disabled member’s season 2017/18.

TICKETING LOYALTY SCHEME
For the 2017/18 season, the loyalty scheme will continue to operate for all Chelsea FC home and away matches.
Loyalty points will be used prior to domestic cup finals and the FA Cup semi-final*. Points earned leading up to these matches will be activated, giving priority on match tickets, subject to availability.
Points will be awarded dependent on opposition/competition.
One point: Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, Tottenham.
Three points: All other home and away matches in the Premier League.
Five points: FA Cup, League Cup home and away matches (excluding semi-finals and finals).
Loyalty Points Terms & Conditions
Match tickets for the Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham home and away matches will be sold on a loyalty point basis where possible. The away matches at Crystal Palace, Watford and West Ham United will also be sold on a loyalty point basis where possible.
The final home and away matches of the season will also be sold on a loyalty point basis.
Chelsea Football Club reserves the right to allow season ticket holders a further opportunity to apply for the members’ away match ticket allocation should they not sell out in adequate time.
Points will not be awarded for attendance at the League Cup final, FA Cup semi-final and final, or purchases made through the ticket exchange.
Points will be issued per match and not per match ticket.
A five-point bonus will also be awarded to any Member who renews their membership/enrols before 5pm on 29 July 2016. Further point bonuses may be attached to specific matches during the season.
Loyalty points take a minimum of 48 hours to be added to a Season TeamCard/Membership card once a sale has been processed.
All members and season ticket holders are entitled to register for the Chelsea Reward Scheme, which is a rewards scheme separate to the loyalty points scheme and is subject to separate terms and conditions which are available at www.chelseafc.com.
*Chelsea FC reserves the right to apply the use of the loyalty points process in order to obtain match tickets to any other fixture outside of the matches listed above, if required.
Posting of match tickets
Chelsea Football Club’s responsibility for match tickets ends from the moment the match tickets are posted. Chelsea Football Club is therefore not responsible for any failings in the postal system.
Tickets will be posted out for all home matches approximately 18 days before the match date.
General Sale Tickets
Match tickets sold on general sale for all Premier League home matches will be sold at a £5 price increase (adults) and £2.50 price increase (juveniles/senior citizens) on the members' admission price, subject to availability. No cash payments will be accepted at the box office for general sales.
Methods of Payment
We currently accept the following methods of payment:
Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.
Cash payments are also accepted at the ticket office from personal callers only (excluding general sale).
Chelsea gift cards can also be accepted as payment for match tickets. Payments by gift card can only be made in person at the ticket office or by telephone.
Please note, we do not serve alcohol in the Family Enclosure.
