TeamCard is the UK's leading sports loyalty and reward program. Chelsea TeamCard holders can collect points at a range of high street retailers displaying the TeamCard logo and via the TeamCard website with web partners.
If you are a season ticket holder your Chelsea TeamCard will store all of your season ticket fixture information, together with your stand area, row and seat number. If you are a member, your Chelsea TeamCard will store all your membership details.
All cards have their own unique Chelsea TeamCard customer number. You can register your card details, view a list of all participating retail partners, check your points balance and upload fan photos to share with other Chelsea TeamCard holders at www.teamcard.co.uk

HOW DOES THE CHELSEA TEAMCARD LOYALTY SCHEME WORK?
You'll find a continually growing list of TeamCard loyalty retailers at www.teamcard.co.uk. There are over 400 online merchants awarding TeamCard points on everything - from ITunes and EBay to Play.com and John Lewis. All you have to do to get your points is visit these merchants via Team St at www.teamcard.co.uk
There are also some high-street retailers who give TeamCard points when you spend with them. For a full list of participating stores visit www.teamcard.co.uk and click on the 'High Street' tab.
HOW DO I COLLECT POINTS ONLINE?
Visit the Team St at www.teamcard.co.uk. Once you've registered with TeamCard you can shop to your heart's content, constantly building up points that can then be traded back at Chelsea. You can also check your TeamCard balance here and find information about special offers and promotions, exclusive to TeamCard holders.
WHY COLLECT TEAMCARD POINTS?
Every TeamCard point you collect can be used to buy products and services from Chelsea FC. The more you collect the more you save!
WHAT IS THE VALUE OF A TEAMCARD POINT?
A single point is equivalent to 1p. So, 100 points equal £1. Points are only awarded for each complete £1 spent on each purchase.
CAN I COLLECT POINTS AT CHELSEA FC?
Yes, points can be collected at:
- The Millennium and Copthorne Hotels at Chelsea (accommodation plus food and drink), and any of the restaurants*. For every full £1 spent, you collect 10 points.
- The Chelsea Megastore and Mail Order merchandise. You can also earn points at the Tours Centre or with the purchase of any treatments and packages booked at the Chelsea Club Spa. £1 spent equals five points.
HOW DO I SPEND MY TEAMCARD POINTS?
Just hand over your card when buying anything from the following locations:
- The Chelsea Megastore - at all times including match days.
- Ticket Office, Memberships, the Millennium and Copthorne Hotels at Chelsea, Restaurant 55 and Hotel Bar and Tours - but NOT on matchdays.
- Chelsea Club Spa - matchdays.
* Frankie's & Marco Restaurants are NOT included in the TeamCard scheme.
A receipt which shows the number of points you have redeemed and your new points balance will be issued to you. When purchasing season or match tickets or memberships, points will not be rewarded. You can check all your transactions online at www.teamcard.co.uk
CAN I SPEND MY TEAMCARD POINTS ONLINE?
Yes. Visit the Megastore on www.chelseafcmegastore.com and we will accept payment or part payment by way of points against a wide range of goods. All you need to do is enter your 14 digit TeamCard number once you are at the checkout section.
CAN I USE MY POINTS AS PART PAYMENT FOR GOODS AND SERVICES AT CHELSEA FOOTBALL CLUB?
With the exception of matchdays, yes you can. To redeem points on matchdays would cause delays for other customers due to the huge volume of transactions we deal with.
IF I LOSE MY TEAMCARD, HOW DO I GET A REPLACEMENT?
Simply send a cheque made payable to Chelsea Football Club for the amount of £10 (to cover the cost of replacing the lost card) to the address below. As soon as we receive notification and the cheque, our Membership department will process your new TeamCard. If your TeamCard has been stolen and you can supply the Membership department with a Police crime number, your TeamCard will be replaced for free.
