The latest travel news ahead of our final home game of the season...
Network Rail are carrying out engineering work between Peckham Rye and Streatham, closing some lines.
Buses will replace trains between London Bridge and Streatham via Tulse Hill.
Network Rail are carrying out engineering work between London St Pancras International and Loughborough Junction, closing all lines.
There will be no service through Central London. Trains will be amended to start/terminate at London St Pancras International/London Victoria/London Bridge. London Blackfriars will not be served.
If using National Rail services to get to Stamford Bridge, we recommend you use the National Rail journey planner before you travel.
There is no service between Camden Road and Stratford on London Overground. Replacement buses operate.
We advise you check the TFL website prior to travelling.
If travelling to the game by car, please remember Chelsea's Liftshare Scheme, which allows those supporters with room in their vehicle to give a fellow Blue a lift to the game.
A reminder as it is a Sunday fixture street parking is prohibited in Fulham Road between Finborough Road and Harwood Road from four hours before kick-off to one after the final whistle.
