By Road:

The ground is located on the A41 (Birmingham-West Bromwich Road). If approaching from outside the area the ground is about half-a-mile from Junction 1 on the M5. On leaving the M5 take the A41 towards Birmingham and the ground is on your right. Beware of speed cameras on this stretch of the A41. Street parking exists or alternatively there are a few private matchday car parks at some local industrial units near the ground, or at The Hawthorns Station.

By Train:

The closest railway stations are The Hawthorns which is about five minutes walk from the ground and Smethwick Rolfe Street, which is about a 15 minute walk from the ground. The Hawthorns is served by a Metro service from Birmingham Snow Hill station, whilst Smethwick Rolfe Street is served by local trains from Birmingham New Street. The Metro service takes eight minutes to the Hawthorns from Birmingham Snow Hill and trains run every 15 minutes.

Prohibited items

Supporters can bring plastic bottles into the stadium but only with tops removed.

Supporters can only bring banners into the stadium with prior permission and with a fire certificate.

Electronic tablets and cameras are allowed into the stadium so long as not for professional use.

There is no left-luggage facility and only small bags will be permitted into the stadium after being searched.

The following articles must not be brought within the Ground - knives, fireworks, smoke canisters, air-horns, flares, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, laser devices, bottles, glass vessels, cans, poles and any article that might be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety. Any person in possession of such items will be refused entry to the Ground.

Further, you may not bring into the Ground any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials save in respect of official club merchandise and/or other football related clothing worn in good faith nor may you offer (either free or for sale by any person) any goods (including literature) of any nature without the express written approval of the Club's management.
