Norwich City moved to Carrow Road in 1935 from their previous ground, which was called The Nest. Carrow Road became the third ground the club has inhabited since their inception in 1902.
Approaching Norwich on the A11 you will come to the Thickthorn Services roundabout where the A11 and A47 meet. Take the fifth exit onto the A47 signposted Great Yarmouth and then follow the directions above.
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
Norwich Train Station is located less than 10 minutes’ walk from Carrow Road. When walking out of the station turn left and follow Koblenz Avenue to reach the stadium or alternatively walk straight over at the traffic lights and straight through the Riverside Leisure complex to reach Carrow Road.
Norwich Bus Station is located approximately one mile from Carrow Road on Surrey Street (Postcode: NR1 3NX).

When Chelsea have played at Norwich in the past, The Compleat Angler on Foundry Bridge and the Queen of Iceni on Riverside were away supporter public houses. This has now changed and they are HOME SUPPORTERS ONLY.
