The home of Burnley FC since 1883, Turf Moor is one fo the oldest football grounds still in use in the United Kingdom. It has hosted one FA Cup semi-final, when Huddersfield Town beat Notts County 3-1 in 1922.
Exit M6 at Junction 29 and join the M65. You then exit the M65 at junction 10 and follow signs for 'Towneley Hall'. This road eventually takes you past Turf Moor.
Most of the surrounding streets have parking restrictions on a matchday, so it is advisable for away supporters to use the adjoining cricket club, or the following car parks:
By public transport:
The nearest rail station is Burnley Manchester Road. From here, exit the station and walk down Centenary Way, Turf Moor is clearly visible from here. When you reach the roundabout at the bottom of the road, take a right down Yorkshire Street which becomes Harry Potts Way. The ground is on your left.
From Burnley Central, following signs for the town centre and then head left toward the 'Gala' bingo hall. From here you can walk down Yorkshire Street and follow the remaining signs.
