What is Chelsea Rewards? 

Chelsea Rewards is a loyalty programme rewarding fans who interact with Chelsea FC. 

Chelsea Rewards allows you to earn points and badges for completing online challenges. Participants can then spend these points on exclusive rewards. 

 

How do I become part of Chelsea Rewards? 

Chelsea Rewards is open to season ticket holders, members and fans across the world and can be accessed by registering a Chelsea Fan Club account online. 

Everyone who has signed up to the Chelsea Fan Club or Chelsea Fan Club Plus in the past is automatically part of Chelsea Rewards and is able to earn and spend points. Simply log back into your account to start earning. 

 

What is the Chelsea Fan Club

The Chelsea Fan Club is an online fan hub, available to anyone with a unique email address and access to the official Chelsea FC website. In return for registering, fans can access a wide range of digital content and services. 

Those registered in the Chelsea Fan Club have access to a profile page and can earn Chelsea Rewards points and badges for completing online challenges. Participants can then spend these points on free exclusive content. 

 

How can I earn Chelsea Rewards points online? 

First, join the Chelsea Fan Club. You will start to earn points as soon as you register and can continue to earn points for returning to the site, logging in and completing actions such as liking and sharing content, or reading news and watching videos. 

These actions will change as time goes by, so be sure to check back often for new ways to earn points. 

Season ticket holders and members with a Chelsea Rewards TeamCard can also earn five points per £1 spent in the Chelsea Online Megastore (UK & Europe only) up until 30 June 2017 only.

 

How can I earn Chelsea Rewards points offline? 

If you have a Chelsea Rewards TeamCard, you will also be able to earn points as you do currently, through purchasing at the below locations only until 30 June 2017 only:

* The Chelsea Megastore at Stamford Bridge (including mail orders): five points per £1 spent 

* Marco Grill and Frankie’s Sports Bar & Diner Stamford Bridge: five points per £1 spent 

* Stamford Bridge stadium tour: five points per £1 spent 

* Chelsea Health Club & Spa (Spa treatments only): five points per £1 spent 

* Millennium and Copthorne hotels at Stamford Bridge: 10 points per £1 spent 

 

What can I spend my Chelsea Rewards points on? 

Online rewards can be accessed through your Chelsea Fan Club profile page. You can redeem your points for rewards including exclusive videos, news, downloads and more. 

In addition to spending your points online, season ticket holders and members with a Chelsea Rewards TeamCard can also redeem their points for a discount* when purchasing at the below locations until 30 June 2017 only:

* Chelsea Heath Club & Spa (Spa treatments only) 

* Millennium and Copthorne hotels at Stamford Bridge (excluding matchdays) 

* Stamford Bridge stadium tour (excluding on match days) 

* The Chelsea FC Online Megastore (UK and Europe only) – simply enter your 14 digit Chelsea Rewards TeamCard number at the checkout 

*Transaction discount based on £1 off your purchase for every 100 points redeemed. 

Points can be redeemed at The Chelsea megastore at Stamford Bridge (including mail orders) until 31 July 2017. After this date, all Chelsea Rewards TeamCard points will expire.

 

 

Can I use Chelsea Rewards points to purchase a Membership? 

Season ticket holders and members with a Chelsea Rewards TeamCard can continue spending points as they currently do, including towards renewing their Membership until 30 June 2017 only.

Fan Club participants cannot use their points towards purchasing Membership. Memberships can be purchased from www.chelseafc.com/Membership and will be active within 48 hours of your purchase. 

 

Can I use my Chelsea Rewards points to access priority tickets? 

Season Ticket holders and members will continue to accumulate ticket loyalty points for attending games throughout the season. These remain separate from Chelsea Rewards points. 

Fan Club accounts are separate to Membership and do not include priority access to match tickets. 

To become a member and receive priority access to match tickets, Chelsea Magazine and an exclusive Membership pack, you can become a member at www.chelseafc.com/Membership

 

As part of the Chelsea Fan Club, will I receive a Chelsea Rewards TeamCard? 

No, Chelsea Rewards TeamCards will only be sent to season ticket holders and new members. Renewing members can continue to use their existing card, which has multi-season use. 

 

Can I continue to use my current season ticket / Membership TeamCard? 

If you renew your season ticket you will receive a new season ticket card in or around July each year. 

If you have previously linked your Chelsea Rewards TeamCard with your Chelsea Fan Club account, you don’t need to do anything. You can continue to use your new card as normal. 

If you have not linked a card to your account before, you can link your new card through the Chelsea Fan Club profile page. 

If you renew your Membership you can continue to use the Chelsea Rewards TeamCard you currently have. Make sure you link your card through the Chelsea Fan Club profile page. 

 

If I lose my season ticket / Membership card what do I do? 

Please contact the ticket office by email websales@chelseafc.com to request a replacement card. Please note there is a charge for lost cards. 

 

Can I use Chelsea Rewards points in part-payment? 

Season ticket holders and members with a Chelsea Rewards TeamCard can continue spending points as they do currently, which includes part-payment for some services until 30 June 2017 only.

Spending points on online rewards can only be done with full point payment. 

 

Can I redeem the points I have earned through online activity in the Chelsea Megastore? 

No, Fan Club participants who have only ever earned Chelsea Rewards points through online activity can only redeem their points for online rewards. 

Season ticket holders and members with a Chelsea Rewards TeamCard can continue spending points as they do currently, including at the Chelsea Megastore (UK and Europe only) until 30 June 2017 only.

 

Why aren’t the points I’ve earned showing on the website? 

If you were interacting with the website, it may be that you’ve reached the maximum amount of points that can be earned in a day and are therefore are unable to earn points until the next day. The maximum number of points that can be earned is subject to change. 

You can track your points through the Rewards Balance button available on your profile page in your Fan Club account. 

 

Who should I contact if I think my Chelsea Rewards points total is wrong? 

You can track your points through the Rewards Balance button on your profile page in your Fan Club account. 

Points earned through your Chelsea Rewards TeamCard may take up to 48 hours to display in your online profile.

How long do my Chelsea Rewards points last before they expire? 

Chelsea Rewards points can be collected and redeemed on a yearly cycle starting on 1 July and ending on 30 June each year. 

At the end of each year you will have until 30 September to redeem the points earned within the 12-month period, after which your Chelsea Rewards points will expire. 

The Chelsea Rewards TeamCard programme is changing and all outstand TeamCard points will expire in August 2017.

I am a hospitality customer - can I earn Chelsea Rewards points? 

Hospitality customers can create an online Fan Club account to interact with the website, earn points daily and redeem these points for exclusive rewards.
